We’ve identified that our relay IP has been temporarily blocked by Spamhaus, which is affecting email deliveries. Our engineering team is already working with the issue to restore normal email delivery.

We’re treating this as a priority and will continue to monitor the situation closely until the block is fully cleared.

Update (Dec 04, 2023 - 13:56 NZDT) - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Identified (Dec 04, 2023 - 13:55 NZDT) - We have been experiencing intermittent upstream network connectivity issues. Our team is actively investigating this matter, and we have already engaged our networking team to conduct a thorough assessment.
